Job summary
Right at Home Orlando is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, remind medications, and provide companionship in a respectful, patient manner.
Flexible scheduling with competitive pay between $15 and $17 per hour. Ongoing training, a $150 employee referral bonus, and a supportive work environment are offered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying living areas.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Engage in conversation and provide emotional support.
- Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
