Flat Irons Flex Care in Longmont is seeking caring caregivers to support clients at home with personalized daily care and companionship. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide meal support, and help with routines to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship and activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
