Flat Irons Flex Care in Boulder, CO seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with daily activities, companionship, and medication reminders. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and medication management as prescribed.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
