Personal Care Services Midsouth is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support across various life stages. You will deliver essential care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being in clients’ own homes.

We emphasize training, integrity, and personalized care. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, companionship, and daily documentation, with emphasis on reliability and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation is required for travel roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Fingerprinted with MSDH and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
• Assist mobility and safe transfers at home or between locations.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report them promptly to family or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and daily activities.
