Job summary

Safe Harbor Home Care in San Diego seeks Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for clients who cannot fully care for themselves due to age or disability. Duties include bathing, dressing, meal planning, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance.

Candidates should be 18+, have valid I-9 documents, and complete onboarding requirements such as TB certification and state registry eligibility.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents on hire

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation, mouth care, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, transfer, meal planning and preparation)
• Provide non-medical assistance to clients in their home and community
• Deliver care in a caring, respectful manner in line with agency policies and state regulations
