Job summary

Live Long Well Care of Winston-Salem is seeking part-time and PRN CNAs/Caregivers/Companions to provide personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes. Weekends and some shifts require availability; CNA certification is optional but valued and compensated.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, and staff use smartphones to document time, tasks, and communications. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• CNA certification not required, but can be a plus.
• Two years’ experience with the elderly desired but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Up-to-date smartphone for Time and Attendance and care task documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, mobility.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping and laundry.
• Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Document services timely and accurately per agency policy.
• Report changes in client needs to supervisor promptly.
