Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently at home in the Charlotte metro area.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with a pay range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour and bi-weekly pay. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful one-on-one client care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
