Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area. Enjoy flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time positions.

Earn $16.00-$18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with benefits including training, support, and opportunities to advance. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
