Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes. You’ll partner with our office team to provide reliable, individualized care that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Flexible part-time schedules are available, with shifts such as Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm in Austin, Texas. You’ll receive ongoing training and opportunities to grow within a supportive, patient-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive your own vehicle.
• Experience caring for seniors or adults.
• Compassionate and reliable with strong ethics.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to follow care plans and adjust as necessary.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay on track with prescribed medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support safe mobility and assist with daily routines.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments as needed.
