Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking experienced caregivers to provide hands‑on care in clients' homes in Austin, TX and surrounding areas.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available with day and/or overnight shifts, weekdays and/or weekends, and long or short shifts to fit schedules. Candidates should have at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience, be comfortable with pets, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid verifiable caregiving experience (in‑home care, facility, hospital, hospice, or similar) — Required.
• Ability to perform hands‑on personal care (bathing, toileting, transfers).
• Flexible to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
• Enjoy working in a one‑on‑one setting and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check
• Prefer caregivers who are comfortable with pets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the client's well‑being.
• Provide assistance with ADL's (such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Provide assistance with IADL's (such as meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, etc.)
• Medication reminders.
• Possible minor pet care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in client's home.
• Perform other basic caregiving services.
