Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Griffin, GA is seeking Personal Care Aides/Caregivers to help seniors live safely at home. You’ll assist with daily living, bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, earning $16–$17 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

We offer flexible schedules, 1:1 client ratios, online training with CEUs, and a supportive team. GA HCA registration, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in GA.
• One year healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening.
• Valid GA driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, communicative and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Give medication reminders and document client status for supervisor.
• Create a safe home environment and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
