BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. in the Eagan area is seeking friendly, dependable caregivers to support seniors and individuals in their homes. Duties include companionship, help with daily routines, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care.

Full-time hours are available with openings on days, evenings, and weekends. Award-Winning Excellence: Joint Commission Accredited and Enterprise Champion for Quality organization, five years running employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in hands-on environments (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital).
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance and valid driver’s license.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Collaborate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
