Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking an experienced caregiver to work 4 hour short shifts in Stamford, CT. Shifts are available mornings or afternoons with compensation of $20/hour on weekdays and $21/hour on weekends. Wages are paid every Friday and benefits include PTO and 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Caregivers able to lift/transfer patients 125–195 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
