Home Helpers Home Care Delaware-OH is hiring compassionate caregivers in Delaware County, OH. You’ll provide one-on-one client care to help seniors stay safe and independent in their homes.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time or part-time), weekend/evening differentials, weekly or daily pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional growth. Join a team that treats you like family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a clean driving record.
• Access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Home care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans for each client.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with personal care as needed (bathing, toileting).
• Communicate professionally with families and the care team.
• Support clients to live safely at home.
