Job summary

The Ole Homeplace is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will deliver routine services to participants in their own homes and support daily living activities with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and medication reminders. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with passing a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support that includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands etc.
• Medication reminders.
