Job summary

The Ole Homeplace is seeking Caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide routine services to participants at their home, including personal care and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, transfers, meal prep, errands, and medication reminders. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required; background and drug screenings will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers
• Non-medical in-home support: light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands
• Medication reminders

Skills

Experience with hospice/home health

Positive demeanor
