Job summary

Paylocity is seeking caregivers to provide routine in-home care for participants in the Florence, KY area. The role includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication reminders in clients' homes.

The ideal candidate has hospice/home health experience, a compassionate demeanor, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support that includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands etc.
• Medication reminders.
