Hearts in Homes MN is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care in Hennepin County, MN. Starting at $20/hour with paid training and onboarding.

You will support daily routines, independence, life skills, hobbies, and meaningful engagement, while documenting progress with scheduling via smartphone. We value reliability, respectful care, and person-centered support.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to complete required background study and training
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
