Job summary

TheKey – Craig Cares, serving the Greater Sacramento area, is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers for in-home senior care. You will implement customized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and treat clients like family to enhance quality of life.

We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid training, medical benefits, and a 401k plan. A reliable vehicle and valid license are required, with opportunities to grow into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Can pass a background check and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home (TheKey clients).
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation.
• Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all times.
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition.
