• Essential Personal Assistance: Help with showering, hair care, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene respectfully.
• Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with safe movement and transfers to prevent falls.
• Nourishment and Meal Prep: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and simple snacks tailored to dietary needs.
• Home Organization: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and keep common areas clean and tidy.
• Community Engagement: Run errands, grocery shopping, or prescription pickups with reliable transportation.
• Health and Wellness: Gently remind clients to take prescribed medications on schedule (hands-on administration not included).
• Observation and Reporting: Monitor and document changes in condition or behavior and report to management.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date care records in the internal system.
