Aging in Place LLC in Missouri is seeking caring, devoted caregivers to provide in-home support for the elderly. You will help with daily tasks, hygiene, mobility, and independent living while maintaining safety and compassion.

Formación

• Willingness to work in one-on-one home care settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Flexible with shifts including nights and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience.
• Committed to health and safety standards.
• Pride in providing high-quality care.
• Experience with Hoyer Lift or Sit-to-Stand Lift.
• Education credentials: HS diploma or CNA/HHA training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform cognitive exercises with clients
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
