Amivie in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home, person-centered support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, and safety. You will work with families and care teams to uphold dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Ability to lift, transfer, turn, or reposition clients per care plan.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support (dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Assist with daily routines to support client comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Provide companionship and engagement to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being.
• Light homemaker tasks: meal prep, laundry, errands.
• Support safe mobility and use of approved assistive equipment as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance with pre-dosed medications within role guidelines.
• Observe and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow client care plan and document services accurately and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, care team.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment.
