Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Texas is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes using our GreatCare® methodology to promote independence, safety, and well-being.

You will provide personal care, meal planning, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while building trust with clients and their families and ensuring high-quality, respectful care. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional or private experience working with the elderly or adults with disabilities.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and own insured car.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work in the US and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helping with meal preparation and planning nutritious meals.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance social interaction.
• Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean-living environment.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical health.
