Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home care to clients in need of assistance.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Strong communication and observational skills for reporting changes to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
