SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support in the Magnolia, TX area. You will help clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home, building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized care.

We seek dependable professionals who communicate changes, follow care plans, and treat clients with dignity and respect. Training, support, and a collaborative team environment are provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable caregiver with genuine desire to help others.
• Demonstrates patience and respect for every client’s needs and preferences.
• Strong observation skills to notice changes and report them promptly.
• Prior caregiving experience providing personal care and assistance.
• Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe and document changes in a client's condition or needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
