SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe seeks compassionate caregivers to provide personalized, non-medical in-home support across the Magnolia, TX area, helping clients maintain independence and comfort while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. We offer paid training and a supportive team environment.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, prepare meals, provide companionship, and support clients in remaining safely at home with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Perform light housework and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in client condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking highly skilled, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout the Magnolia, TX area.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical in-home support that promotes independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
