Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance comfort and independence.
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation.
Medication reminders according to care plans and document all care provided with attention to detail.
Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.
Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands.
Follow established care protocols while maintaining a safe environment for clients at all times.
