Job summary

Tri-State LifeCare seeks a TLC Caregiver to provide in-home non-medical support under Hospice of Huntington. You will accompany clients, assist with daily activities, and document care activities in the system. Travel between homes across WV and nearby counties is required.

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal planning and personal hygiene.
• Support errands, transportation, and medication reminders as needed.
