Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide support and assistance to our clients.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of empathy. We provide a variety of non-medical services so that seniors can remain in their homes.

You can enjoy a flexible work hours to align with your schedule.

Duties: Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation. Offer medication reminders. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing. Accompany clients to appointments and outings. Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior. Maintain accurate documentation of client care activities. Qualifications: Previous experience in home care or nursing preferred. Knowledge of senior care principles and practices. Ability to clean and maintain a safe living environment for clients. Familiarity with dementia care techniques is a plus. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient care and resident rights. Must pass a background check and a drug screen. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Job Types: Part-time Pay : $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week Benefits: Referral program.
