Qualifications

• Preferred experience in home care settings.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and ROM exercises is valued.
• Familiarity with medication reminders and daily living tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assistance with dressing/shaving.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and in-home tasks.
• Provide hospice supportive care as needed.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor safety.
