Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia is seeking trusted CNA/NA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home personal care for clients in their own homes. Weekend coverage is needed, with full-time, part-time, and PRN slots available, including male and female client assignments.

Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility support, meal assistance, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring. Training offered; PPE provided; weekly pay and benefit eligibility for FT staff.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license required.
• SS card and two professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
