AmeriCare Plus is hiring a CNA/NA/PCA for in-home personal care in Virginia. This role offers full-time, part-time or PRN schedules with flexible options to fit your needs.

Responsibilities include helping with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring, with online training for PCA certification. We provide weekly pay (up to 40 hours per week), benefits for full-time staff, PCA class opportunities, PPE, and referral bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable characteristics.
• Reliable transportation required or access to reliable transportation.
• Virginia driver’s license and SS card are expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
