Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate CNA/NA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home personal care. Join our team to support clients in their own homes with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with weekly pay and benefits for FT.

Applicants must have CNA/NA/PCA certification, a Virginia driver’s license, SS card, and two references. Training is provided for PCA, with PPE and ongoing support available.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA)
• Virginia driver’s license required
• SS card and 2 professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
