Job summary

Legacy Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide compassionate in-home care in the Twin Cities area. Earn $20–$23/hour with opportunities for bonuses and part-time scheduling that fits your availability.

Responsibilities include driving to client homes, spending meaningful time with each client, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean living environment while delivering hands-on care and support.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients' homes
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus)
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes, spend at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises
