Job summary

Health Care Connectors is seeking a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to provide essential personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. You will deliver compassionate, one-on-one support in a home setting, helping maintain independence while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.

Must be available for 8 hour shifts five days a week, with availability from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm as outlined. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, meal preparation,

Qualifications

• Available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• Reliable Transportation
• CNAcertification preferred
• CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently in home environments

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
