Love & Loyalty Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers (PCA/CNA) to provide high-quality, person-centered in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with duties ranging from personal care and meals to mobility support and care documentation.

Competenze

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Active CNA/PCA License required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable caring for clients of all ages
• Must be vaccinated (if required)

Mansioni

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders
• Support mobility and daily activities
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Follow safety and care protocols
