Job summary

Vibrant Health Homecare in Tacoma is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in Puyallup with daily living activities and companionship. You will provide personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation support, helping clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• CNA or HCA license is required.
• Must be able to reposition the client.
• Must follow household safety guidelines (mask use, shoe removal if required).
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• Experience with full physical assistance preferred.
• Prior experience in senior care or disability support is desirable though not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Plan and prepare meals with or for the client.
• Help ensure medications are taken as scheduled.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Support clients to access community resources.
