Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Spokane is seeking compassionate caregivers, HCAs and CNAs to join our growing team. You will work in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans to help with daily living activities, transport, and companionship.

Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Care Aides, Home Health Aides or Nursing Assistant Registered with Washington credentials are encouraged to apply. If you are not licensed, we offer paid HCA training to selected candidates.

Qualifications

Requires CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR credential; RN Delegation preferred but not required.
Minimum six months industry-related experience.
Current WA CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing or ability to obtain per WA rules.

Responsibilities

Follow client care plan as directed by supervisor.
Assist with ADL: housekeeping, medication assistance, personal care, meal prep, shopping, transportation, transfers, companionship.
Maintain timely client records; document medication and health changes.
Ensure safe, clean environment; perform housekeeping and laundry.
Transport clients to appointments and activities.
