Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to assist seniors in their homes across Flower Mound, Grapevine, Southlake, and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support for daily living activities with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver experience (CNA, HHA, PCA, etc.).
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 30-minute radius of your home.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
• Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
