Job summary

At Home Healthcare in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients with daily living activities in their homes. No experience is required; paid training is provided to obtain certification at no cost.

You will assist with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship while upholding health, safety, and confidentiality standards. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support mobility around the home and accompany clients to appointments.
• Plan and assist with meals and help with eating when needed.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Provide friendly companionship and monitor client well-being.
• Follow health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines and report incidents.
