Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is seeking compassionate aides to provide in-home, non-medical support in Tennessee. No experience is required as training is provided at no cost.

Join our team for flexible scheduling and a rewarding role helping clients with daily activities and mobility. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping while offering companionship and reporting any incidents to the office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating.
• Help with mobility around the house or to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion and report unusual incidents to the office.
