At Home Healthcare welcomes you to join our team as a in-home aide, delivering compassionate support to clients in Tennessee. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping, always prioritizing safety and dignity in a one-on-one setting.

No experience? No problem—training is provided at no cost. We offer flexible scheduling, health benefits including insurance options, paid time off, parental leave, and competitive hourly pay of $16–$20.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services is helpful.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (mobility, dressing, personal care, hygiene).
• Help with mobility around the house or appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with serving when needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany to stores.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report unusual incidents to the office.
