Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care for clients in Longmont and surrounding areas (Westminster, Broomfield & Boulder coverage). Roles offer day/evening shifts with flexible scheduling and potential for both part-time and full-time hours.

Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with weekly pay, paid orientation and training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for eligible staff. Join a team that prioritizes client comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Past caregiving experience required; CNA experience a plus.
• Experience with dementia/memory care, hospice, etc. preferred.
• Comfort with hands-on care and transfers.
• Reliable transportation and dependable conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the client’s care plan and safety guidelines.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the care team.
