Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes in Colorado. The position offers flexible day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and advancement. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of caregiving experience are preferred.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience and certifications. We welcome compassionate, dependable individuals who value meaningful work and helping others

Qualifications

• Six months of caregiving experience (professional or caring for a loved one).
• Willingness to learn; we provide training and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors at home to remain independent and safe.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support dementia care and communicate clearly with our office team.
