Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Pasadena, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned agency. Provide care in clients' homes with warmth and respect, supporting a diverse range of ages and abilities.

As a Caregiver you will build trusting relationships, assist with daily tasks, and ensure reliable, timely care across scheduled shifts. CNA preferred but not required; valid First Aid/CPR, TB test, driver's license and vehicle expected; 4 days/week availability.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
