Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independent agency. Provide companionship, social engagement, and dependable home care to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, arriving on time, and building trusting relationships with clients and families. CNA certification is preferred but not required; First Aid and CPR; TB test; valid driver's license with reliable vehicle; and

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
