Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team delivering in-home care to clients of all ages and abilities. You’ll provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help families maintain a comfortable home environment.

We offer competitive pay ($22–$27/hour), paid orientation, overtime pay, and benefits. CNA preferred but not required. Valid First Aid/CPR, TB test, driver’s license, and willingness to travel >10 miles are valued.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
