Village Caregiving in the Miltona area is looking for a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team. You will provide personal care, hygiene support, and assist clients with daily activities in their homes, helping them stay safe and comfortable.

We offer an hourly wage of $18-$22, daily pay, flexible scheduling, 401k eligibility, paid training, a referral program, and ongoing support from a caring team.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiver experience required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association).
• Health and safety standards knowledge; compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and housekeeping.

Aufgaben

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including preparing meals
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Personal Care Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

Personal Care Assistant REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous caregiver experience
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
