HOME CARE AIDE DUTIES

• Companion Care:Companionship, activities, hydration and nutrition reminders, light housekeeping, shopping and running errands, meal prep, laundry, med reminders, rides to errands and appointments.
• Personal Care: (In addition to Companion care duties) Grooming, stand-by or assist with showering and toileting, fall prevention, Parkinson’s and dementia care, monitor vitals and report changes in care needs.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a working Smartphone (biweekly reimbursementprovided).
• Read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
• Valid driver license with no serious driving violations.
• Access to reliable vehicle for transportation to/from work.
• Obtain a lifetime criminal record background clearance (LiveScan) from Dept. of Justice / FBI.
• Register with the state of California as a Home Care Aide.
