Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an In-Home Caregiver at Berks Encore. The In-Home Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, assisting with light housekeeping tasks, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA required
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Compassionate and patient with a high level of empathy
• CPR, MedTech and First Aid certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent with CNA License
